2nd Annual Volunteer Classic Lacrosse Game
The 2010 Season wrapped up with the 2nd Annual Volunteer Classic Lacrosse Game.
Yes it was that time of the year. The Storm Lacrosse Volunteer Classic Lacrosse Game. The annual game is for volunteers that have helped out with the association in some way or those who have simply hung around in the rink too long.
After a delay getting into the arena (too many fans were blocking the entrance) goal-tenders, John Duggan and Shawn McGowan, began stopping everything in site. However scoring opened up with Mark Fyfe giving the fans what they came for. Eventually the Matt Redden clinic started and the Storm ran away with the game. The T-shirt and Gatoraide give-aways for the the fans meant that everyone went away with something (sore muscles for the players).
Thanks for the great turnout and a fun game. On behalf of the Association, players and parents I would like to sincerely thank all Coaches and Managers for helping out this season.
