April Calendar - Save the Dates
Hello Storm parents and players,
We have been working diligently over the winter to get ready for the upcoming 2024 season that is upon us. As such, there are some key dates we wanted to communicate with you in order to help you plan and prepare.
Storm website:
We are launching a new online store with Signature Lacrosse. We expect that to launch in the next week or so as we are currently finalizing some details but you can expect to see some great storm swag, equipment, bags, and everything you need to show your Storm pride.
Pre-Season Floor Time and ID Camps:
As per any season, it is tough to get floor time in April as the hockey season winds down and the ice is coming out of the rinks. We have managed to secure some times and are striving to give everyone an opportunity to get on the floor ahead of the season. If your age group is not mentioned below, don't worry as you will see more communication on this but for now we'd like to communicate the following "save the dates":
Skill Building - Sunday, April 14 (Prospect Road Community Center)
1:00pm-2:00pm - U11 skill building clinics
6:00pm-7:00pm - U13 skill building clinics (players with 0-1 years experience)
7:00pm-8:00pm - U15 skill building clinic
*Full gear required
ID Camps - Sunday, April 21 (Lebrun Arena)
10:00am-11:30am - U13 Group A session #1
12:00pm-1:30pm - U13 Group B session #1
2:00pm-3:30pm - U15 session #1
4:00-5:30pm - U17 practice (not an ID camp)
*Full gear required
ID Camps -Tuesday, April 23 (Lebrun Arena)
6:00pm-7:15pm - U13 Group A session #2
7:15pm - 8:30pm - U13 Group B session #2
*Full gear required
ID Camps -Thursday, April 25 (Lebrun Arena)
6:00pm-7:15pm - U15 session #2
7:15pm - 8:30pm - U17 practice

Pre Season Skill Building Practices - Saturday, April 27 (Lebrun Arena)
5:00pm-6:30pm - U11 pre season skill building
6:30pm-8:00pm - U13 pre season skill building
8:00pm-9:30pm - U15 pre season skill building

Official In Season Practices Start (Lebrun Arena)
Tuesday April 30 - 6:00pm - 9:00pm - Team times TBD
Thursday May 2 - 6:00pm - 9:00pm - Team times TBD

*Note that individual team practice times will be announced soon. Please expect your child to practice between the 6pm and 9pm windows on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the season. For the Tyke parents, a separate communication is coming soon so stay tuned.
A big thank you goes to everyone for signing up this season. We are seeing growth beyond our expectations and are looking forward to getting to know all of you and bringing the Storm community together in 2024.
